January

January has been an interesting month. (and a month of neglect as far as Mimi's blogging)

Ava got shingles! She was a miserable little girl for about the first two weeks of the year. We all had to go to Urgent Care right after Christmas with the general "crud". Oh the joys of winter-time. Part of the month it has been so warm we would go outside every day. Then it would get so cold and we just couldn't understand why we couldn't still go outside!

Our personalities continue to develop and prove that we are three very unique individuals. Ava is our little mother-hen. She loves to hold baby dolls and play with them. Eli is currently crazy about his toy gun. He also loves to throw and catch a ball. He has quite an arm on him though and you have to be careful when you give him anything to throw! Ali is the amazing one. She loves airplanes! She will spot an airplane in the sky and follow it all the way across....even jets!! The amazing thing is that it is just her, the other two don't even look up. David and I are planning to take her to the airport soon!

They are starting to get tall....and they are looking more like little kids and less like babies (sob!)
