Labor Day Weekend

We finally reached the point where we can sti in front facing car seats. Yes it is a seat full, but we enjoy sitting by each other. Eli was not ready to quit playing in this picture, normally he is always ready to "go". Ava likes her new seat so much that she crys to stay in it.

The girls still enjoy the piano. Ali looks like she has about got it down.
Ava is the one who begs to get up there. She is our negotiator...

We kept the babies Friday night and Saturday night. David and I both had the ideal to buy them some new toys. I bought some wood blocks. I got this box out to put them in...but instead the babies wanted to be in the box....Eli was busy taking the blocks out, one at a time, and throwing them over the gate on the stairs. Matthew was here playing with us Saturday night, but Mimi had her hands too full to get a picture when we were all here...besides she was trying to watch the football game! (Roll Tide)
Ava and Ali in the box!

Eli gets his turn in the box.
Sunday we went to Great Grandmother Tucker's house. Finally the humidity was low enough we could go outside. Here Eli is flashing his big smile.

Ava is playing Peek-a-Boo around the porch post.

Ali loves animals. Here she is petting George the cat.

Eli is in his element when he gets to be on Grandpa's tractor.

Our Mom and uncle Derek always liked to play in the back of the truck. We thought it was Okay...but....

Ali was not real impressed. Just wanted you to know occasionally we do cry!
